If you have a tight muscle or are looking to build strength he’s the person, and usually the one people in the office ask about for a suitable exercise or a stretch.

Also season-ticket holder at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, he uses physical activity to unwind from the stress that brings including with like his brother. A keen sportsman more generally, with padel, football and golf. On a ‘Teams’ call his impressive haul of events medals, including the several Ironman races, will catch your eye. Not a fan of cruises.

Caroline's calm presence keeps our operations running smoothly, supporting colleagues and problem solving where it is needed. She's been with Rent Connect since 2018 and has been an integral part of our growth from x colleagues to y now. Sitting directly below the founders, every department reports to her.
Dan Goldring
SOURCING DIRECTOR
Dan is responsible for finding homes, securing them for occupiers, and building relationships with landlords that the business runs on. He joined us in 2013 and has contracted for thousands of homes for people facing homelessness since then. Councils need the right property in the right place at short notice. Landlords need certainty that letting to us is worth doing. Most of Dan's week goes on making those two things line up.
