Emergency contacts.

If you have a genuine emergency call 999 first.

For non-life threatening emergencies with your property, use the contacts below. For general repairs, use our online repair form.

Emergency types.

Gas emergency.

If you smell gas or suspect a carbon monoxide leak, call the National Grid Emergency Line immediately (with the number below).

Open windows, do not use electrical switches, and leave the property if you feel unwell. Once you've called National Grid, report the issue to us using the online repair form.

Electrical emergency.

If you lose all electrical power, check whether it's a local outage by contacting UK Power Networks.

If the issue is within your property (e.g., tripped fuse board, sparking socket), report it to us using the online repair form.

Water
emergency.

If you have no water supply or a mains water leak, contact your water provider. You can find your provider here: https://www.water.org.uk/customers/find-your-supplier.
 

For internal leaks or plumbing emergencies within the property, report it to us using the online repair form.

Lost keys.

During office hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm), call us on 01582 343000.
Outside office hours, report the issue using the online repair form and a member of the team will be in touch.
