About RentConnect

RentConnect was established in 2007 with the aim of helping tenants move from temporary local authority accomodation to privately owned properties. Due to accute shortages of quality housing available for tenants entitled to housing benefit, RentConnect now provide over 1000 properties in 6 London boroughs to tenants.

In 2008 RentConnect partnered a local authority who were tasked with running this pilot "resettlement" scheme. Aiding tenants moving into private rented accomodation, RentConnect provide all the support tenants require. This government initiative which addresses the well publicised lack of suitable housing is now being followed by many local authorities throughout the UK.

RentConnect are now partnering with local authoritites across the country with the aim of helping many more tenants move into more desirable properties.
